Evening Sunset Tour — Dessert, Dinner or Wine and Cheese

Enjoy a wonderful selection of delectable desserts, dinner or cheese and wine or champagne pairings for a very special experience. This tour lets you enjoy the skies painted in a rainbow of colors as the sun departs beyond the mountains. Truly some of the most magnificent sunsets you will ever see are here on Hood Canal.

During this 2-hour tour, one of our captains will take you on a leisurely cruise down Hood Canal on our electric boat, the Duffy. On board for your enjoyment is a selection of delectable desserts and complimentary wine or Champaign for a very special experience. Don’t forget to bring your camera because this tour is sure to present countless photo opportunities! Accommodates up to 10 people. Private tours are available.

Girls Weekend Fun Pack

girls weekend tour This 2 night get-away includes a 2 hour kayak on Hood Canal and a guided hike through some of the most beautiful trails in Washington. You’ll enjoy a sack lunch, drinks and finish the day with a tour on the Duffy, where you can relax and enjoy a peaceful trip around the canal.

We are partnered with Alderbrook Resort to provide more options on this tour. We can now offer wine tasting and appetizers, spa treatments, overnight accommodations (reservations required). Tour may be combined with Alderbrook Resort packages or select specific activities from what we offer to tailor the weekend to your group's enjoyment.

Pricing starts at $400.00 prices and may vary based on season, weather and activities.

Guys Weekend — Fly Fishing, Golf & Poker

This is our fun packed weekend for the guys. Our guides will take you to their secret fishing spot where you can catch huge trout (catch and release) then off to our local casino for a Texas Hold-em Tournament that will be pre-arranged for you. The next day it is a round of golf at the beautiful Alderbrook Golf Course. Or you can select your own activities from what we offer to tailor the weekend to your group’s enjoyment. We can arrange lodging too.

Prices start at $360 per person (does not include lodging). Prices may vary based on season, weather and specific group activities.

Couples Romantic Dinner Cruise

marina This romantic 2-hour cruise is a perfect way to share time with the one you love. You will cruise along the canal on our electric boat, the Duffy, while you enjoy a gourmet dinner for two, dessert, and a complimentary bottle of wine. A Captain is included, but you may also choose to drive yourself.

Skokomish River Nature Guided Tour

The Skokomish is one of many rivers that flow into Hood Canal from the Olympic Peninsula. This river tour allows you to paddle up the Skokomish River and enjoy all the beauty this natural wilderness has to offer.

This is a 3-hour guided tour that begins at the mouth of the Skokomish River and Anna's Bay, (the heel) of the Hood Canal.

The "Skok," as locals call it, flows into the Hood Canal through a large estuarine river delta where both fresh water and salt water marshes meet. Estuaries such as these offer some of the most productive eco-systems on earth. You’ll witness majestic bald eagles in their natural habitat, plants and wildflowers that paint the banks of the river – as well as seals, birds, deer, and many other types of wildlife this natural habitat supports. Enjoy an unforgettable look at life in the forest from the river!

Children 5 years and older encouraged. Kayak 101 Class required for all paddlers.
*This tour is governed by the tides. We need 7- feet of water to safely access the river.

Marina to Marina Tours

Travel from the historical Alderbrook Resort, founded originally in 1913, to the New Hood Canal Marina in the center of Union. Enjoy the view of beautiful Mount Washington, then paddle back to the Alderbrook dock.

marina Our guides will educate you on all the sights along this 2-hour guided round-trip kayak tour. You’ll be able to see a variety wild life, including seals, bald eagles and, during the right season - whales. Don’t forget to bring along your camera!

Price: $65.00
Children 5 years and older encouraged. Kayak 101 Class required for all paddlers.

Fly Fishing Tours

From the beginner to the experienced, our guides know the best fishing in the area and will take you to that “secret” fly fishing spot. We provide the fishing tackle and necessary fishing gear which includes a rigged fishing kayak, and a pole.

Wear comfortable shoes and layers of clothing. This tour is an exciting, fun fly fishing adventure that provides personal attention. We offer catch and release fly fishing for Rainbow and Cutthroat trout on our area waterways that include spectacular lakes and rivers.

This tour is between 4 and 5 hours long and will almost guarantee a tall fish story to share!

*Tour includes fishing poles, tackle, gear, sack lunch, and drinks. Fishing licenses are not included. These are available at the Alderbrook Country Store (Texaco station) on Darby and McGrevey roads).

Geo Caching High Tech Treasure Hunt

Geo Caching is a high tech treasure hunting game played by adventurous treasure seekers using a custom GPS device. Fun for adults and Children, a great exercise in team building. All necessary equipment and training provided. We provide our own version of this treasure hunt.
